First Foods, First Tooth, First Visits, First Parties!

We gave Kayla her FIRST rice cereal last Thursday night. I don't think she understands the concept of eating quite yet. I read that you just have to keep offering, and eventually they will take it. My favorite part of this video is when Brian shoves the spoon in her mouth, and she gags...hilarious! By the way, her Grandma Anne came down to visit last Wednesday-Friday, and discovered her FIRST tooth! And yes, I didn't even know...oh my:-)

Kayla also met her Grandpa Scottberg for the FIRST time on Saturday. She also got to see her Uncle Mike, Uncle Erik, and Cousin Parker. She wasn't very good for them, but that is the life of a diva! This is the only time we could get a picture where she wasn't crying or fussing. Yesterday she went to her FIRST birthday party because her friend Carsyn turned 1 years old. Kayla is also going to meet her Great Grandma and Grandpa Johnson for the FIRST time on Wednesday when they stop in Bloomington. Then this weekend she is going to visit her Poppie Mark and Mimi Becky, Grandma Joan, Auntie B, Uncle Erik, and Cousins Parker and Kent. Finally, on Sunday she is going to my Cousin Traci's graduation party.

Wheeew, she has had a lot of FIRSTS this week!!!
