I stayed up to watch Michael Phelps swim last night, and it is just unbelievable what he is doing, getting gold medals and breaking world records, and sometimes with less than one hour between races!
The 4 by 200m relay last night was almost funny because Michael got his team so far ahead of their competition...even the commentator made the comment "My mom could anchor this relay!"

i heard that line too, and I laughed out loud. It is amazing how much endurance he has. What scared me a little bit was the chinese gymnast who looked like a 10 year old who had been starved. They just don't look healthy!
