Wow, carpet is confusing!We have been finishing our basement, and we are going to have part of it tile, and the other part carpet. So I went to a carpet showroom yesterday to get ideas, and the choices are just overwhelming. It can be cut different ways, it can be nylon/ acrylic/ polyester/wool, it can have designs, it can be in any color know to man...and that is just the carpet. Then you have to pick the pad, and they of course just don't have one type of pad to choose from, so you have to learn about all of those, too.
Sometimes I think our world gives us too many choices. Can anything just be simple?
